In this episode a legend in our industry makes his third appearance! He is the co-founder at Busterbox, an extremely popular dog subscription box out of Ireland. He’s also the creator of Subscription Box Experts Academy. An extremely popular and successful program that has helped hundreds of box owners like myself get to the next level and scale! He also hosts a weekly Clubhouse (boooo) chat with subscription’s most eligible bachelor Stefan Pretty, the founder of Subbly. He is extremely busy...he lives and breathes subscriptions, I am of course talking about none other than Liam Brennan!

I have been following Liam’s content since the very beginning when it was just his emails and Facebook posts. Now, just a few short years later, Liam has grown Busterbox to a multi-million dollar subscription box company which has served 10’s of thousands of happy members.

It’s also easy to look at companies and founders like Liam and think: “Oh yeah, I wish I could grow my company to that size. I wish I was able to do this or that or scale to X amount of subscribers or knew how to do ….name your subscription thing. Or worst, I wish I was as lucky as them…

Guys, what people don’t see is the years of work. The years of stress, fear and not knowing if you’ll make this month's bills. It is not a sprint. It took Liam, Gary and Paul years of mistakes, failures and learning, testing to grow to where they are today. Subscriptions are a long term plan, marathon. Not a get rich quick or overnight success story.
