On this episode, Part 8 of the new founders series I have a ton of fun talking subscriptions with a firecracker of an entrepreneur. She is someone I’ve grown to know over the last few months in a mastermind we are both a part of, and someone I now consider a friend! She is the founder and owner at Passion and Growth Box, Lorena Hixson!

In our conversation, I quickly found out how much in common me and Lo actually had. Like me, Lo has zero business background, (which I love so much… If I may say so myself, I LOVE hearing success stories from people who are college dropouts, or grew up poor etc. Not that this is Lorena’s story, just saying) But I digress.

As I was saying, Lo has zero business background, but also no previous business experience. She didn’t grow up entrepreneurial and never really thought of herself as having a business. Which is super weird to think now, as in our conversation you’ll quickly realise how much of a pure business woman she is. I really respect what she’s done. No excuses, no hand outs, just pure grind and good old fashion work and resilience. Love it.
