Welcome to our first ever episode of The Selfish Podcast with Chloe & Steph! We introduce you to Chloe & Steph, two thirty-somethings living by the coast and looking to heal their mind, body & soul. They both come from very different perspectives: Chloe is a lifelong learner wanting to better herself. Steph’s newborn son died two years ago and she is trying to rebuild.

In this episode we demystify Reiki (21:54), taking you through the before, during and after of a session. Steph discovers a past life, Chloe breaks down the moon effects and the girls talk reoccuring numbers (11:11, 2:22) , oracle cards and nerves.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki practitioner (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.
