We would like to introduce you to Candice Hooper (15:58). Candice is an alignment coach, wellbeing leader, and CEO based in Australia. She has studied various healing modalities over 20 years including yoga, Ayurveda, massage, neural energetic encoding and bush & flower essences.

Candice shares her continuing journey exploring wellness and how her work has evolved to focus more on the subconscious mind and vision holding. Key topics discussed include getting out of your own way by changing limiting stories, the connection between thoughts and emotions, and working with the parasympathetic nervous system through practices like rest, celebration, breathwork, and cold water therapy.
