These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. . She discusses her details of her “baths” in Singapore and Australia, including how sound baths were a bonding experience during her pregnancy with Arthur and helped comfort her after his passing.
