Tom discusses how leaders and leadership teams can break plateaus by acknowledging their own behaviors and self limiting beliefs and then using tools to effectively move past them. Moving from a place of fear to a place of courage and then from a place courage moving towards a place of love and service.
He also touches on how when people describe themselves as being busy all the time, they are essentially just rephrasing that they are constantly running around being in a state of anxiety.
Tom started off in a corporate job, then when he was fired he went to Africa and taught. He then continued teaching when he returned to the U.S working his way up eventually in school administrations before leaving to co found Phoenix Partners.
