Today, I'm sharing a tool to help manage overwhelm inspired by Leonie Dawson, who shared this question on her own podcast. She words it like this: “If ____ was out of the picture, how would you be feeling in your life right now?” I take this a step further and share how I've been using the question in traffic jams and after feeling overwhelmed by... what feels like everything... but actually turns out to just be a few key items.
