Today I invite a returning guest to The Roger Snipes Show where we discuss the key attributes to creating energy in our lives. Shawn has dedicated his life to formulations, biochemistry and nutrition. All of which play a key component in living a fruitful disease-free life. Many people with eyes half-open hit the snooze and lay back in bed for another alarm to give them a nudge to get up. I'm guessing the snooze was created to accommodate the lack of energy most people feel in the morning. Most peoples lives are a push against the opposite wave of the current because they don't feel their optimal selves. This is normally due to lifestyle factors and this is what we cover today. Shawn has suffered from a multitude of health issues including chronic pain, autoimmunity and depression and has managed to biohack his way out of all.
