In this episode, I speak with Brandon Mancine. Brandon is a 20+ year Personal Trainer/Coach. He served in the US Marine Corps, working in Special Operations with FAST Co. Brandon has an amazing comeback story; after being pinned between 2 trucks & being told he days of health & fitness were behind him, he rehabbed so quickly he earned him the nickname “Wolverine” from his Physical Therapists.
