Dillan DiNardo is the CEO of Mindstate Design Labs, a next-generation psychedelic biotech company designing novel altered states of consciousness for mental health therapeutics. The company's mission is to map the biological basis of the varieties of psychedelic experience, enabling the precision design of novel altered states and a deeper understanding of the biological basis of consciousness. Prior to Mindstate Design Labs, Dillan worked in a $1 billion venture fund, executing and managing biopharma, medical device, and health tech investments ranging from pre-seed to publicly traded companies.
