I get asked this question a lot by my clients - What is one thing, a pivotal moment that really changed my business?
There are many for sure - but there are two I run through in this episode.
1. Add something new to your business. We added a new offering - a One Light Set up business that took off and added five figures to our bottom line the first year.
2. Take Action. I was afraid of lighting, learning how to use a studio light - for years. Once I took action and learned how easy this one light set up was. our business took off.
Wish I had coaching back then because sitting on something and not taking action is the surest way NOT to pivot your business.
