In episode 42 of the Primal Pioneer, I want to dive into the topic of Mexican food. Most people think of Mexican food as fried tortillas smothered in cheese and oil. I am going to teach you in this episode five hacks to eating Mexican food so that you can appreciate the flavors in a healthy way. Some topics we touch on include: Hack 1: Lard over vegetable oil. Hack 2: Organic corn. Hack 3: Homemade sauces. Hack 4: Wild-caught seafood. Hack 5: Stop with the raw cabbage. You have to realize that there are much healthier ways to eat your favorite foods. If you incorporate these hacks into your Mexican cuisine dishes, I guarantee you will find them much tastier and healthier.
