I get the question all the time, what exactly is hypnosis and what if I can’t go under? Go under suggests that you might be under someone’s spell or under someone’s power. It’s one of the most common misconceptions and I want to thank Little Britain for making it so! Jokes aside, this is one of the most important concepts that people need to understand because without it they can’t empower themselves with Hypnosis and therefore rob themselves of potential empowerment. If you’re thinking that Hypnosis has power over you, it might scare you or make you feel that you have to distance yourself from Hypnosis when really it’s all about increasing your personal power by connecting with the deepest part of you and teaching that part what you want out of life.
