Making Music Your Ministry: Christian artist Matt Hybarger has over 25 years of music and concert ministry experience and has played with notable artists such as Steven Curtis Chapman, Steve Archer, Allen Asbury, Rich Mullins, Gary McSpadden, Scott Krippayne, David & The Giants, Michael English, David Meece, Clay Crosse, The Imperials, Petra, 4Him and many others. In addition, Matt twice played the lead role of Jesus in the touring company of the classic musical, Godspell. (Todd Agnew was also in the cast). Matt is probably best known for the When Life Gets Broken project which yielded three Top 10 singles, "When Life Gets Broken" (featuring Russ Lee & Michael O'Brien) and "Never Alone" (with Kellye Huff) as well as his signature balled "Run To His Arms" which spent almost 5 years on Christian Music Weekly's Inspirational Chart! When Life Gets Broken, written by Hybarger & former Newsong front man Michael O'Brien, was also recorded by Grammy and Dove Award winner Sandi Patty and founding Point of Grace member Heather Payne. It was released as the first single from Sandi's Dove Award winning CD, The Edge of The Divine. Matt has also had many other hits (including a remake of Desperado, which hit #1).
