  • If you have ever 'sacked' a client, how have you gone about it?
  • Best way to help your new and current clients be aligned with the product that you provide. For example, if you're offering SGPT as a service, helping them see it as a full PT service and not just classes.
  • How often should i be contacting my online clients?
  • How to maintain rapport with clients that leave or move on?
  • how often should you be directly advertising your business? like posting that you have spaces or the link to enquire
  • Best time for a PT taster week? Got it planned for December but might delay till Jan to catch gym newbies
  • What resources (books, podcasts etc) would you recommend for ongoing learning and professional development?
  • How would you go about encouraging clients to set goals on their terms, personal to them?
  • How to recognise when you're self sabotaging? And how to overcome it and get into a more positive headspace with having more pressure.
