Mark Sinatra is a 15-year CEO who is currently CEO of Aspen HR – one of the fastest growing PEOs in the country. Mark is also a search fund investor through his firm ETA Equity. Prior to Aspen HR, Mark was CEO of Staff One HR which was a Dallas-based PEO that he sold in 2017 to Oasis Outsourcing. Mark was president of Oasis’ Western region through their sale to Paychex in 2019.
Mark is an MBA graduate of the Wharton School of Business and holds a BA in Economics from Fordham University. Locally, he is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and a partner with Social Venture Partners.
