What if the real reason you're struggling to manage your time isn’t your calendar, or your to-do list, or your never-ending sticky notes, but what you believe about yourself?

And the fact that you don't have a system for time management?

In this episode, I share the truth behind why saying things like “I’m terrible at time management” keeps you stuck… and what to do instead.

Spoiler: We’re flipping that narrative today and rewiring your brain to believe you are extremely good at time management.

I’ll also walk you through my signature SPACE organizing method (yes, the same one I use for your closet) and show you exactly how to use it for your time.

That means sorting your tasks, purging them (get ready for the 4 D’s), assigning them a home, and finally building a container that energizes you to follow through.
