Omar Ruiz is the co-founder of LeRu Investments LLC, a private for profit real estate Investment Company and Home Choice Property Management Inc. LeRu Investments LLC, is focused on acquiring value-add apartment properties and applies a management strategy focused on increasing value; creating resident appeal and achieving high investment returns for our partners, members and communities. Home Choice Property Management Inc. is a residential property management company that manages rental properties for landlords in Southern California.
Omar Ruiz has been in real estate for more than 17 years as a real estate investor, property manager, asset manager and property due diligence specialist. He’s been involved in numerous real estate transactions involving large apartment acquisitions and flipping of single family homes in California, Indiana and Texas. He has successfully lead apartment complex operations to achieve planned goals and objectives that enabled to distribute investor dividends and cashed out investors equity.
He’s advised other investors, created partnerships and provides property management consulting to other investors. Omar and his team run the largest Investor Group in California – the Orange County Investment Club with over 10,000 members. The club provides networking and real estate education to our members.
Omar Ruiz has a background in business consulting and professionally worked as a quality control manager in the aerospace industry working directly with companies such as Gulfstream, Boeing and Airbus. He holds his bachelor’s degree from California State University of Long Beach in business.
