Today, on The Native Experience, we are joined by Andrzej Nedoma, co-founder and ex-CEO of XTRF Management Systems!
Andrzej shares his journey with XTRF, moving into a mentoring and advising role with Nedoma.io, and how it’s allowed him opportunities to help and impact others.
Andrzej also shares his experiences and tips from being in the translation industry, including the importance of community-centered ideas and the impact of new technologies. It’s an incredible conversation that gives some excellent advice on how to go truly native.

ABOUT OUR GUEST:
Andrzej Nedoma is the Co-founder and ex-CEO of XTRF Management Systems, a global translation management platform provider for translation companies, in-house corporate language departments, and public organizations. His company helps hundreds of translation and localization agencies in over 30 countries to leverage their potential.
He has been building his translation industry expertise since 1996 as a co-owner, business development manager, and later Managing Director of a leading Central European translation company.
In 2021, he sold XTRF to K1 Investment Management.
Now, Andrzej supports various businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide as their Business Advisor, Mentor and Accountability Partner.
Speaking 4 languages fluently, Andrzej is an engaged speaker, coach, advisor, sales trainer and triathlete, competing in IronMan triathlon races.
