Joseph Valente, he speaks openly about the past and present and very kindly took time away from his hectic life and business projects to discuss the inner workings of business. He talks candidly but serious on his public feud with Lord Alan Sugar. Joseph Valente is a successful entrepreneur and public speaker. He is best known for winning the 11th series of the BBC show The Apprentice. After winning the show, he went on to work with Lord Alan Sugar and launched his business, ImpraGas. However, he parted ways with Lord Sugar two years later and sold ImpraGas.

Despite facing challenges and depression after selling his business, Joseph bounced back and started a new business from scratch during the lockdown. He worked tirelessly, often putting in 18-hour days, seven days a week for eight months. His efforts paid off and he was able to build a new business with 10 staff and over half a million in sales in just a few months.

Joseph is now the founder of Trade Mastermind, a platform dedicated to helping businesses in the construction industry. He offers coaching and mentorship to sole traders and SMEs in the construction industry, helping them establish a strong footing in the industry and learn how to grow their businesses.

He also discusses on the podcast where his streak for entrepreneurism came from going back to his school days and how he sold football stickers on the playground to fund bigger and better things. After regular visits to the Headmaster's office he was eventually expelled from school and his own mother washed her hand exclaiming you will amount to nothing and end up in prison.

As with most savvy business minded people money was his motivation and he ended up starting his own plumbing and heating. He describes an almost limitless mindset looking for the next version of yourself if you want to get where you need to go.
