Guilt has become so normalised, so prevalent in motherhood that it even has it's own name: 'Mum Guilt'. We don't talk about 'dad guilt', or 'person guilt', or 'human guilt', so why should we allow guilt to stop us feeling like the amazing mothers that we are?
