In this episode, Monika sits down with Clara, a long-time client in both fitness and now also performance coaching.
Clara’s journey with Monika dates back to when Monika was a nanny, sharing her experiences on the now-defunct social media platform Fotolog. Clara followed Monika's stories as a silent admirer. Years later, Clara reconnected with Monika as she transitioned into a fitness competitor and personal trainer, and eventually reached out to Monika when she had her own fitness studio.
Clara, who is Portuguese but resides in the Netherlands, first began working with Monika in 2018. Over about a year and a half, they built a strong coaching relationship and even met in Germany in 2018.
Clara took a break from working with Monika and shares the consequences of that hiatus. Recently, she returned to Monika for fitness training and added performance coaching to her regimen. Clara is now preparing to turn her boat into a full-time business, hosting guests and providing them with an exceptional experience. Check Clara’s Instagram here
