In high stress level careers we often think the best option is to just push through but once you’ve reached a mental breakdown it can take weeks or even months to break out of the cycle. Prioritizing this is more than just for yourself. Your children are also watching you and if they see their parents constantly stressed and in chaos, they will also absorb those feelings.
