Depending on what school you went to, and your parents perspective on it, getting a degree can be an assumed right of passage for many. But for some, choosing to go straight into work can seem like the preferred option - although this doesn't always go down well.
For our interview with Millie, we start right at the beginning of her career - as in, from when she left school and decided university wasn't for her. Going through her road to success in the fashion industry is an incredible insightful one for those perhaps just deciding their choices beyond their a-levels in particular.
Millie started literally from the bottom, deciding fashion was where she wanted to be and hustling her way in in her gorgeously stubborn way. She started as a receptionist, learning the ropes and moving up the ranks over the last 12 years.
her story is insightful, inspiring, different, hopeful and exciting. All before we even get to her modern day venture of Coria Ltd, which qualifies her as a Corporate Dropout.
Please share this with any of your younger friends who may feel the resume of making some serious life choices at the young age of 16 - 18 and encourage them to listen to an alternative life story to someone who went to university,
