Welcome to another episode of the "Life and Loss" podcast, brought to you by Forest Holme Hospice in Poole, Dorset. She explains the meaning of a ‘terminal diagnosis’, how people react to the news and also how their loved one’s cope, while sharing advice and guidance on how to deal with a diagnosis and where to go for help.

Forest Holme Hospice provides palliative and end-of life-care and support to more than 1,500 people each year across Poole, Wimborne and the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illnesses such as Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s, heart disease and respiratory illness.
Forest Holme Hospice Charity was set-up to ensure that everyone in the local community affected by a life-limiting illness or bereavement gets the care and support they need, either at home or in our dedicated hospice facility.
