As men, and as Americans, we have an obligation to make the best informed decisions we can when it comes to voting. While I don't tell others who to vote for, I beleive that we need to know the reasons we are voting for who we are voting for. I don't vote for sides, I vote for policies and values. Often times—when angry, when gossiping, when offering unsolicited advice, and during heated arguments—it's better to cultivate discipline and emotional control. Choosing silence can lead to more meaningful relationships, better decision-making, and personal growth.
