The MirYam Institute proudly presents the third episode of this new biweekly podcast on Israeli defense and diplomatic affairs – the Israel Defense and Diplomacy Forum (IDDF) – with two of the foremost experts in this area, Prof. Chuck Freilich, former Israeli deputy national security advisor, and Danny Ayalon, former Deputy Foreign Minister and ambassador to Washington.
Chuck comes from the center-left and Danny from the center-right.
In this podcast, they discuss how to deal with the literal ticking timebomb of the JCPOA Treaty, which will eventually permit Iran to have nuclear weaponry. This is something Israel and indeed the rest of the world must not let happen.
But is this existential threat to Israel something Chuck and Danny could possibly disagree on? Yes, to some extent!
