Life is a journey. For some of us our inner journey starts later in life. Something happens in our life that forces us on our own journey, on our path to the life we’re meant to live. How many of you have lived your life according to our people’s expectations of you? How many of you were dying inside, depressed, unwell physically until you started to take back control of your life? Taking back your power, making decisions based on what you want and not what other people want is the best gift you can give yourself. Now this doesn’t mean it’s easy or there isn’t uber amounts of fear to overcome, of course there is, but you plough through it until you get to the other side. And then you look back so proud of how far you’ve come.

This week on the podcast I chat with Oez from Find Good Art about her journey to where she is now. Oez thought she had it all figured out, she had the high paying job, husband, kid and status, but something inside wasn’t right. She knew something had to change, but what or how? Luckily, life gave her an opportunity to start her own journey. She may have left the job, left the husband and lost the status but now is the first time in her life she is living for her.

Join us while Oez shares her journey, the ups and downs of her current journey, what steps she took to a happier and healthier her and she also gives advice to those women out there desperate to take back there lives.
