In this episode, Robyn and Ben give tips and tricks to stay fit while having fun this summer. Maintaining your health and fitness can be challenging in the summer months, but we are here to help! Here are some episode highlights:

  • Enjoy your summer & the healthy habits you've been building all year
  • Stay consistent prior to travel
  • Research possible fitness options during your trip
  • Pack your gym clothes!
  • Find activities that get you moving while traveling - doesn't have to be in a gym
  • Do what works for you and be kind to yourself while traveling
  • Be sure to enjoy the good stuff
  • Get back in the gym right away - don't put it off
  • Be patient as you work your way back after time off
