Late talks about the effect a healthy, balanced diet can have on your mental health, and how the gut and the mind are connected. We speak about Kate’s mindfully botanical workshop she’s recently started, which is where I met Kate. Kate speaks about the importance of switching off, and making a conscious effort to remove technology from your life for parts of the day, to reconnect with those around you and yourself. We’re the FAST movement and together we’re fighting against suicidal thoughts.
