Well some of you may know I’ve been doing neuro feedback therapy A.K.A. brain training (brainfitnesshawaii.com). Well I’ve finally got to sit down and record a conversation, with whom I consider one of my mentors, Dr. Hana Yin. She is an amazing human being on the cutting edge of helping people heal on very deep levels. She also has a background in growing up in Chinese medicine, yoga, and embarked on a two month Ayahuasca / Amazonian Shipibo Shaman apprenticeship journey. Her specialty in neuro feedback therapy is a combination of all the wisdom she’s attained throughout her life journey. She’s been helping me naturally tap into my own flow state potential, optimizing the function of my brain, while helping me integrate my Ayahuasca experiences. We talk a lot about our Ayahuasca experiences in this conversation and how it has changed our lives while igniting us with a clear purpose to contribute to the healing of the planet in our own unique ways.
