In this week's episode of The Diet Obsessed Podcast, I start with a personal health update, where I celebrate the fact that my taste is back, thankfully! I also talk about my insane week and why I needed a mental health walk, despite the 105 degree weather.
I then launch into another review of the podcast series, "Fed Up," which is SOOOOOO good, I just can't get enough!!! This week I review episode #2 which delves into who Ingrid De La Mare is and why Tanya felt threatened by her. This episode also deep dives into who Tanya Zuckerbrot is and how she built such a cult-following with the F Factor Diet, including how it's dangerous to mess with her, especially on social media! (hint, get ready for some heavy social media trolling followed by lawsuits!)
I also review episode #3, entitled "Where there's smoke there's fiber" and this episode gets into the truth behind some of the complaints made about the F Factor Diet, how Emily Gellis got the story published in the New York Times and made a HUGE mistake by posting a false story about F Factor products.
