Sam O'Brien has 10 years’ experience in design, user experience and most recently conversion rate optimization.
For the past 2+ years Sam has worked for RingCentral where he manages a small team of designers, developers and analysts focusing on the EMEA market and growing the business.
Before that he was heavily in the automotive industry doing a number of freelance projects launching and growing products. He has moved from print, to digital, to UX to leadership.
His biggest achievement this year was the launch of the new RingCentral Australia Brand, where he worked closely with the product, marketing, sales and executive teams to provide a solution for the new market.
