Lloyed kicks off the show by sharing the strategic value to companies that have a Community-Led Growth Go-To-Market (GTM) motion, through his previous experiences in startups. Boast.AI built a community for innovators and those who support them through events and other engagement strategies. He shares the differences between building a community around a product vs. building a community of practice.

Focus on the passion for building community, not strictly the ROI of it. By serving one audience specifically, then it'll give you clarity for how to build a sphere of influencer around that ideal customer profile (ICP).

LLoyed shares best practices for measuring the ROI of community, and it's not all about the revenue attributed to community.
