Leaving the classroom seems like it should be easy! You just hand in your teacher resignation letter and that’s that…but unfortunately, it isn’t quite that simple.
The truth is, finding the right words to say in your letter of resignation and figuring out how you want to actually tell your administrator that you’re quitting your teaching job is complex at best.
