Life throws curveballs, and sometimes you have to pivot and change your focus to get through life’s ups and downs. When those times happen, and you realize it is time to get back to working towards your goal, whatever it is, getting back on track can be challenging.

For most of us, the goal is weight loss and sometimes, we have to take a break but when it is time to get back to it, how do you do it and set yourself up for success? In this week’s podcast, I'll show you how to rediscover your motivation, set achievable goals, and practice self-compassion for lasting results.

To reestablish your motivation, I’ll talk about the magic of reconnecting with your "why." It's your North Star, your motivation for this journey. I'll share practical tips to reignite that spark and make your goals more meaningful.

Next, it’s vital to get back into your program without burning out. I'll help you set realistic expectations and take small, manageable steps towards your goals. It's not a race; it's a marathon, and I'll guide you through the process.

Finally, I'll focus on the power of self-compassion and positive self-talk, and discuss how being kind to yourself can be a game-changer in your journey. How you engage with yourself makes all the difference in your success. Your success is just around the corner, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
