Empaths are known to be more sensitive than the average person. Some are so sensitive that they feel like they must vastly reduce their exposure to other people, intense situations and crowded places. One of the biggest things that Empaths speak with me about is what I now call “Empath Anxiety.” This is an onoing sensitivity where everything seems to register and their emotional filters get over loaded. Because as Empaths we feel not only the words but the deepest, often multi layered intentions that the sender is holding and sending. When Empaths have multiple encounters and low to no filters, they start to anticipate and get flooded with frequency. Empaths who are not fluent in their 5D abilities AND how to maintain, recharge and manage these 5D sensitivities suffer the most! Because they do not have the ability to fluently work with and channel their Higher Self in real time, they often sink into the MISCONCEPTION that they are alone.
