Ritam is founder and festival director of India Film Project - Asia's Largest Content Fest. Featured by Forbes, Ritam has been a TEDx speaker and a guest speaker at various forums about content, events, startup and IPs as well as MBA colleges talking about marketing, films and entrepreneurship. Under Ritam's vision, IFP grew from 600 participants in 2011 and went on to become the world's largest filmmaking challenge with 50,000 participants in 2019 from over 30 countries.
