Hey there Surfers and Beachgoers! Hang loose and get ready for the latest surf zone forecast for the SoCal Coast!
Starting off with Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches - today we're looking at a moderate rip current risk, with surf heights ranging from 2 to 4 feet. No thunderstorms expected, and water temperatures varying between 60 to 67 degrees. Keep an eye on those tides - low at 02:51 AM and highs at 09:22 AM, 01:27 PM, and 07:58 PM. Enjoy the mixed south and west swell today!
Moving on to Thursday, the rip current risk remains moderate, surf heights between 2 to 4 feet, and the same mix of west and south swells. Remember those tides too!
Ventura County Beaches are calling with a high rip current risk today, surf heights of 3 to 5 feet, and water temperatures ranging from 51 to 62 degrees. Tides are similar to Malibu, so be cautious and watch out for those mixed west and south swells.
Looking ahead to Thursday, the rip current risk remains high with surf heights of 3 to 5 feet - again, be aware of those tides and stay safe in the water!
Heading over to Santa Barbara County's beaches, we have a low rip current risk today, surf heights from 1 to 3 feet, and a gentle west swell to enjoy. Tides here follow a similar pattern to the previous locations.
Thursday brings the same low rip current risk, surf heights, and conditions. It's all about that chill west swell here!
Wrapping up with San Luis Obispo County and Santa Barbara Central Coast Beaches, expect surf heights of 3 to 6 feet, no thunderstorms, and water temperatures around 51 to 53 degrees. Enjoy the west swell vibes today and keep an eye on tides!
Thursday will bring more of the same - 3 to 6 feet surf heights, no thunderstorms, and the west swell continues. Don't forget to check those tides for the best surf times!
Alrighty Surfers and Beachgoers, that's a wrap for today's surf zone forecast! Remember to stay safe, have fun, and catch some epic waves out there! This has been a Quiet Please Studios audio creation with the help of AI. Please subscribe and never miss a Swell! Thank you for listening.
