We also talk about some recent videos I have been filming where Americans (Texans) try different varieties of Japanese food for the First time. These videos have been so popular as Japanese are very curious and fascinated by Americans reactions to some hardcore Japanese food.
Finally Kim and I sample some hardcore Japanese seaweed and dried squid snacks; Sky, my little Golden-Doodle may have enjoyed this segment more than anyone though!

I love America! I love Japan! I love cars! I love different cultures! I love food! I also love to have a good time, talk honestly and laugh! I speak, read and write fluent Japanese and have a long career working, traveling and living in and out of Japan and a very unique look at both American and Japanese culture.

We will discuss cars, culture and cuisine all while having fun and sharing real life experiences. Finally, every episode will feature a "surprise" Japanese food product that we all will sample and discuss!
