In this episode, I talk to my co-founder Fabian. Together, we shaped our company culture since its very beginning around our purpose and core values.
While the company started in a stressful atmosphere with little financial security, we managed to turn it into a healthy and productive work environment.
The real challenge has always been about defining what "healthy and productive" meant for our team and for both of us. Thanks to our different personalities and views on that matter, we both grew in the process of strengthening our company culture.
In this talk, we touch on our challenges, learnings, and solutions we found and apply to this day.
