Not only did the essay get him into film school, but it was not long before he landed a dream internship: working with his heroes on SpongeBob. Now, more than fifteen years later, Andrew is writing for all three SpongeBob shows. Andrew discusses his Nickelodeon career path with Hector and Frankie, showcases his character voice impressions, and brings his unique perspective as a long-time fan, student and now writer of SpongeBob.
