We are just one question away from changing our lives. According to our guest today, this is true, whether that change is huge like a pivot in careers or small, like starting your day off journaling instead of scrolling.

Marc Champagne, a world-renowned mental fitness coach and the author of the book, Personal Socrates. He also hosts the podcast, Behind the Human.

Today, Marc openly discusses his own failures as well as his wins. Stephynie and Marc talk about what it felt like to shut down his journaling app that reached 86 million people after 3 years of pouring his heart and soul into it. Marc talks about how hard this loss was, but the experience helped him pivot into the career he was meant to be in.

How do we ask the best questions to improve our overall mental fitness? Keep listening to find out!
