Sometimes we are going along and it feels like smooth sailing ... then whomp we hit a speed bump or a detour or things feel like they are coming out of nowhere. This can stop us in our tracks and have us questioning WTF is going on. WE feel like we were following our path but now it has changed. In this episode we discuss what happens when we have hit speed bumps and detours along our paths and how we have been able to navigate them and what we have gained from the experience.
