Sarah is returning to the workforce after having her son three years ago. Sarah recently completed a Certificate III in individual support and wanted to gain employment in the Aged Care sector. Sarah completed her study via a blended learning approach (combination of face to face training and self-paced learning) As part of her study Sarah was required to complete 120 hours of work placement with a local aged care service provider. After she completed her work placement she gained employment.
