Disappointment, frustration, limitations, and defeat start to eat away at our sense of hope when it comes to healing. By the time most women find me they have explored so many other options like diets, medications, exercise routines, therapies, etc and placed their trust in doctors, books, and other healers only to end up doubtful, cynical, and pessimistic because they STILL don’t have the results they want. My years as an acupuncturist, teacher, and community leader have illuminated what it takes to reclaim our sense of hope so that we can finally experience profound healing and transformation that lasts a lifetime.
