Today Lorine is Lead Partner in Rising America, a VC fund dedicated to investing in companies with underrepresented founders. Renee King cofounded Fund Black Founders after an entrepreneurial venture of her own led to a hyperawareness of the immense funding gap Black entrepreneurs face.
