Ever feel like life’s rhythms are shifting faster than you can keep up? In today’s episode we are diving deep into the power of embracing the season of life you are in and how through doing this, you can cultivate resilience, joy and peace.
Today I am joined by my good friend Cynda Harris, who is a wife, mother of four and grandmother, as well as a leadership life coach. In 2011, Cynda founded Grow Life Inc where she works with women of influence all over the world, helping them to create personal life balance, fulfil their dreams and identify their different seasons of transition and growth. She also hosts destination retreats and hosts her own podcast, Grow Life Devotional.
In today’s episode, we discuss Cynda’s journey through some unexpected life interruptions, including abuse, addiction and a serious health scare, how she’s has navigated these challenging seasons in her own life, the concept of selah and how this has become a guiding principle for Cynda, the importance and power of taking time to pause, reflect and breathe, and so much more.
Whenever I spend time with Cynda I walk away from the conversation feeling better and I know that you too will benefit from her wisdom.
