Human beings are amazing! They are multi-faceted, complex and require a lot of care. In fact, most of us regularly neglect at least one of these aspects of self-care and we don't even realize it.
After talking to lots of moms, and trying to balance my own self care with motherhood and business for many years, I developed this pentagon as a way of diagramming how essential it is that we cover ALL aspects of care that our bodies, minds and souls need.
