Kaush Nanubhai is a full-time real estate investor who has built a portfolio of more than a dozen properties over the last decade. He's dabbled into a lot of different strategies, including student rentals, duplex conversions, and even a purpose-built development project using a modular building system.

In 2020, Kaush was able to exit his corporate career to become a full-time real estate investor. Today he focuses on continuing to build his portfolio with both new and existing JV partners.

He is also building his first garden suite and looking to get into some multifamily building purchases as well.
